Tried this place based on the many positive reviews. Did I go to the same place as everyone else...? Service was friendly enough, but that's the only good thing about Lebanese Corner. I was very disappointed with the Mixed Shwarma. The chicken and other unidentifiable meat was really dry and stale, the tahini sauce had a strong sour taste and I ended up binning it, the hummus also tasted slightly sour, garlic mayo sauce was ok and the salad was watery and definitely not fresh. The meal also came with fries and bread which were store bought and I watched as these were heated up. Overall, I was very disappointed for what I paid and now have stomach ache half an hour after finishing the meal... Drinking lots of hot water now to try and flush out and detox the body... Great food! I've been there on two seperate holidays to Lisbon in 2020 and 2022 and I've never been disappointed by the Chicken Plate. Especially the hummus is really good.
